Sending Cards to Us

You’re responsible for shipping your cards safely to our facility, at your own expense:

Pack each card in a penny sleeve and top loader inside a bubble mailer or small box. We strongly recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking and insurance for the full value of the cards. Until your package reaches us, it is in the carrier’s hands and at your risk — insurance protects you if it’s lost or damaged in transit.

Adding Your Tracking

After you ship, log into your dashboard and enter the tracking number on your order. This lets us watch for your package and lets you follow its delivery status.

Sending Cards Back to You

1-card and 3-card packages: the customer covers return shipping, calculated and added at checkout.

7-card and 12-card packages: free return shipping anywhere in the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail, fully insured.

Auction wins and Buy-It-Now card purchases ship via a tracked, insured method after payment clears; any shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Estimated Turnaround

Standard grading turnaround is an estimated 2–3 weeks from the day we receive your cards. You’ll get email updates at each stage — arrival, grading complete, and shipment.

International Customers

We currently ship within the United States only. For international grading inquiries, please contact us.
