These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of All American Authenticators (“AAA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including trading-card grading and authentication, live auctions, and card sales. By using our website or submitting cards, placing a bid, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account or linked Telegram account.
2. Grading & Authentication Services
- What we grade. We grade raw (ungraded) sports cards, trading-card-game cards (such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh!), and non-sports cards. We do not currently re-grade or re-holder cards already slabbed by another company.
- Ownership. By submitting cards, you represent that you own them or are authorized to submit them and that they are not stolen, counterfeit (except where expressly submitted for authentication), or subject to any dispute.
- Grading is our expert opinion. A grade reflects our considered, good-faith opinion of a card’s condition based on our published standards. It is not a guarantee of authenticity, future condition, market value, or resale price, and it is not a financial appraisal. Grading opinions are inherently subjective, and different graders or companies may reach different conclusions.
- Grading scale. Cards are graded on a 1.0–10.0 scale in half-point increments, with separate sub-grades for Centering, Corners, Edges, and Surface.
- Turnaround. Standard turnaround is an estimated 2–3 weeks from the day we receive your cards. Estimates are not guarantees and may vary with volume.
- Fees. Grading is sold in packages: Single (1 card) $75, Triple (3 cards) $150, Collector (7 cards) $300, and Investor (12 cards) $500. Bulk submissions (13+ cards) are quoted on request. Fees are due at checkout.
- Grade appeals. If you believe an error was made, contact us within 30 days of receiving your graded cards. A $25 review fee applies and is fully refunded if we adjust the grade in your favor.
3. Shipping & Risk of Loss
You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping your cards to us at your own expense, and we strongly recommend tracking and insurance for the full value of your cards. Return shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and depends on your package tier. Risk of loss for inbound shipments remains with you until we receive them; for return shipments, risk passes to you once the carrier accepts the package. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address.
4. Auctions
We run live auctions on this website and through our Telegram auction bot (@AAA_Auction_Bot). The following terms apply:
- Bids are binding. Every bid is a binding offer to purchase at that price. You may not retract a bid.
- Winning. Unless a reserve is not met or we cancel the auction, the highest valid bid at the close wins. We support maximum (proxy) bidding and minimum bid increments as shown on each auction.
- Payment. Winners must complete payment promptly using the secure payment link we provide. Non-payment may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of the item, and suspension from future auctions, and the item may be relisted.
- Final sale. Auction wins are final and are not eligible for return or refund except where an item was materially misdescribed or arrives damaged in return shipping (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- Integrity. Shill bidding, bidding without intent to pay, account sharing to manipulate outcomes, and similar abuse are prohibited. We may cancel, extend, or void any auction or bid, remove bidders, and refuse service in our reasonable discretion, including to correct obvious errors or technical malfunctions.
5. Card Sales (Buy It Now)
Some graded cards are offered for direct purchase at a listed price. Listings are subject to availability and may be removed or sold at any time; an item is reserved only when payment completes. Card-sale purchases are final except as provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Payments & Taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount due, including any applicable shipping. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. If a payment is reversed or charged back without a valid basis, we may suspend your account and pursue the amount owed.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, our logos, text, graphics, and the photographs and scans we create of graded cards are owned by or licensed to AAA and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our permission, except that you may use the certificate images and grade we provide for your own card in connection with selling or displaying that card.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Grading and authentication reflect our opinion only and carry no warranty of accuracy, value, or marketability. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAA’s total liability arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the specific order at issue, or (b) the lesser of the card’s declared value and any insurance proceeds actually recovered for that card. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, for lost profits, or for changes in a card’s market value. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAA and its owners and staff from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your submission of cards you did not own or were not authorized to submit.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at genericventures@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
12. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any violation of these Terms.
