All American Authenticators (“AAA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at allamericanauthenticators.com and provides trading-card grading, authentication, live auctions, and card sales. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. We are based in Orlando, Florida, United States, and our services are offered to customers in the United States.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Account & contact details: name, email address, shipping and billing address, and (optionally) phone number.
- Public display name: the handle you choose to show on auctions and population reports. We never publish your account username or email.
- Order & submission details: the cards you send for grading or sale, photos and scans of those cards, declared values, tracking numbers, and related notes.
- Auction & bidding activity: your bids, maximum (proxy) bids, and bid history.
- Telegram information: if you choose to bid or link your account through our Telegram auction bot, we receive your Telegram user ID, first name, and @username (if set), and we associate it with your AAA account when you link it.
- Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, email, or Telegram.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full payment-card number is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We receive only limited transaction details (such as confirmation, the last four digits, card brand, and billing ZIP) needed to fulfill and support your order.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages.
- Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (logging in, keeping items in your cart, security) and, where applicable, for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide grading and authentication services and return your cards.
- Operate auctions and card sales, process bids, and determine winners.
- Process payments and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Send transactional messages (order status, grading updates, winning-bid and payment notices, shipping confirmations) by email and, where you have linked it, Telegram.
- Send optional auction alerts and marketing emails only to people who ask for them; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Maintain public population reports and certification look-ups, which display card data and your chosen public display name — never your email or username.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Improve and secure our website and services.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who help us operate, including: Stripe (payments), our email/SMTP provider (transactional and opt-in email), our website host (Hostinger), and shipping carriers (such as USPS and UPS) to deliver your cards.
- Telegram: if you bid or communicate through our Telegram auction bot, your interactions are also subject to Telegram’s own privacy policy.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AAA, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Third-Party Services
Some services we rely on maintain their own privacy policies, including Stripe and Telegram. We encourage you to review them.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, then for as long as necessary to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Order and grading records (including card photos and certification data) may be retained indefinitely to support population reports and certificate verification, which are core to a grading service. You may request deletion of your personal account information as described below.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To make a request, email genericventures@gmail.com. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by law.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by law.
- Florida residents (Florida Digital Bill of Rights): where applicable, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Marketing Emails
Auction-alert and promotional emails are opt-in. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about your orders, grading, or auction wins.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
