Sending Cards to Us

You’re responsible for shipping your cards safely to our facility:

Pack each card in a penny sleeve + top loader inside a bubble mailer or small box. We strongly recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking and insurance for the full value of the cards.

Adding Your Tracking

After you ship, log into your dashboard and enter the tracking number on your order. This helps us watch for the package and lets you check delivery status.

Sending Cards Back to You

1-card and 3-card packages: Customer covers return shipping (added at checkout).

7-card and 12-card packages: Free return shipping anywhere in the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail.

Estimated Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from the day we receive your cards. You’ll get email updates at each stage.

International Customers

We currently ship within the United States only. International grading inquiries: please contact us.
