AAA Satisfaction Guarantee

Every card you send us is graded with the same care, consistency, and honesty we’d want for our own collections. If something falls short of that, we make it right.

Consistent, Defensible Grades

Every card is reviewed against the same published scale (1.0–10.0 in half-point increments), with separate sub-grades for Centering, Corners, Edges, and Surface. The overall grade reflects the card as a whole β€” never a black-box number.

Disagree With a Grade? Appeal It.

If you believe an error was made, contact us within 30 days of receiving your graded cards. A senior grader will re-review the card against the original photos. A $25 review fee applies and is fully refunded if we adjust the grade in your favor.

Damaged in Return Shipping?

Email us photos of the package and damage within 48 hours of delivery. If AAA’s packaging was at fault, we re-slab the affected cards at no charge and file the carrier claim ourselves.
