Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every grade. Here’s how returns and cancellations work:

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel any order in Awaiting Arrival status by contacting us at genericventures@gmail.com. Full refund, no fee. Once we’ve received your cards and grading begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Disagree with a Grade?

If you believe an error was made, contact us within 14 days of receiving your graded cards. We’ll review the case and a $25 grade-review fee applies. The fee is refunded if we adjust the grade.

Damaged During Return Shipping

If your slabs arrive damaged, please email us photos of the package and damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and re-slab affected cards at no charge if AAA’s packaging was at fault.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days.
